Information we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), city, and your message.
• Pool problem helper: the description you type, processed to generate a service recommendation. Please don't include personal details in it.
• Analytics (only if you accept): anonymous, aggregated visit data such as pages viewed, referring site, device type, and country, via Plausible Analytics. Plausible uses no cookies and does not build personal profiles.
• Essential storage: your privacy choice, saved in your browser.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, provide quotes and scheduled service, send service-related communication, improve our website, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site: our website hosting provider, Plausible Analytics (EU-based, if you accept analytics), and an AI provider that processes Pool problem helper questions. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records for customers. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers.

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you may request to know, access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.

Your choices

You can accept or decline analytics and change your mind any time via Privacy Preferences. Declining has no effect on the rest of the site.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and never load analytics. We don't track visitors across other websites, so browser "Do Not Track" signals don't change how our site behaves.

No recording of your visit

We don't use session-replay, keystroke logging, chat monitoring, or advertising pixels. Analytics loads only after you accept. Pool problem helper questions are sent to our AI provider only when you press the button, and only to answer that question.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
